how do i turn my winRAR archive files into iso

ok i used umd dumper and backed up some games but when i went to my iso file in my psp they werent iso's the were winRAR archive's how do i tern them into plain iso files.

1: unzip them to find the iso (simple?)
2: Dont worry about it - Winrar was probably install most recent and is associated with them instead of an ISO program...
3: If they work ...whats the problem ?

ok i did that but the thingis is it only gives me folders. and im thinking that the main folder is the USRDIR folder. i cant find any iso files
