Does anyone know if there is a way of fading out songs early

Ie on Now 67 i can't get the last song on the disc so if i can fade a song out earlyer i should be able to get the whole cd on a disc
Umbrella - Rihanna feat. Jay-Z last 15 seconds is just fade out slowly so what do you think is there sofeware out there

These audio editors will cut,fade,etc.as needed.Both are free.Mp3 DirectCut will only work with mp3 files.....
