They don't sell blank UMDs. Why do you need a blank UMD for, anyway?

You don't need blank UMD's. Check the sticked tutorial, all you need is a Custom Firmware or a downgradable psp (check tutorial for that) and a large enough memory stick.
So check google or the tutorial.
