Magic DVD copier help and comments on probs

I have been haveing probs using the 3 step burnning so I looked for a one stop shop, "Magic DVD Copier" well, I put the disc in, it copied it, and I put the blank in and it got about 25% through the burn and the pc justs shuts down like I went through the shutdown for windows. I tried it again, an it did it again to me, so I did it one more time and it still done it. I only get 5 uses of the free trial of magic dvd copier and I was just curious to see if it was the same or better than the 3 step deal. I aint going to use it till I can figure out whats going on. I have been in front of this pc now for about 4 or 4 and 1/2 hours trying to get this and a jerky playback prob. Any input will help.

Well to find out if it is the software that's doing it, you can try the freeware alternative which is DVDFab HD Decrypter,DVD Shrink, and ImgBurn. You shouldn't have any problems with ImgBurn burning the disc.

If that fails then it might be something with your burner or the blank media you're using. Make sure you're using Taiyo Yuden or Verbatim and check to see if your firmware is up to date.
