New DVD X Copy XPress 3.2 Error

I just downloaded the latest version of DVD X Copy and now it won't burn or read. I click the start button and immediately I get this error:

Any help is greatly appreciated. It is also good to note that now that I installed this version on the "DVD Burning Drive" selector I get no options on the drop-box. It shows neither of my TWO DVDR Drives.

My drive was supported in the last version, is it possible they "removed" support of my Burner?
