Where to Get Info on LG Optical Drives

Comments that people can't find their LG optical drives on the LG site appear in several threads. The LG database search engine seems to reject too much info such as a full drive name like "HL-DT-ST DVD-RW GWA-4082N". You can find your drive by going to http://us.lge.com/search/ProductSearch.jsp and searching just on the last key identifier groups like "GWA-4082N".
