I bought a toshiba model 46hm95 dlp tv. (used,very cheap) The picture Isn't coming on when first turned on and it automatically restarts till the picture comes up .I checked the lamp hours in the service menu and it says this : FIRMWARE : HM95_1566B
TIME :000013(LAMP:000016)


I was wondering if anyone knows what this means? The time and the lamp?
