Made 2 coasters on new machine, Vista Ultimate and Nero 7, trying to recode a movie and does all ok until final burn then "scsi command aborted" Here is my log, ANY help would be greatly appreciated.

1st thing edit out the serial # at the top of the log - begins w/ 4C.
Burn process failed at 16x
Take the burn speed down to 8x.
File 'Drivers\CDRALW2K.SYS'
Roxio and Nero don't always play well together - uninstall Roxio and run the zap tool - link.
ATAPI DVD A DH16A1L
I think this is a oem sata LiteOn drive. To check and see if there are any firmware updates available you'd need to check the pc manufacturers site for any.
Still failing then try another program to burn. Have Recode save to a hard drive folder instead. Here's a good free burning program to use - ImgBurn. Use the build mode to add the video_ts and burn.

Sorry for the late "Thanks!" I got it figured out. I had added my 1 yr. old hard drive from an old machine, and had it set up in BIOS as primary drive. Was causing SCSI problems. Switched out and voila! Fixed. Thx for the quick response.
