Hello everyone. I'm knew here and not overly good technically!

I have a Nokia 6133 and a month or two after I got the phone I contacted Tmobile because I could not send picture messages. I was informed so nicely that apparently that is one of the glitches with the phone. Basically I go to my pics and click on the one to send and my screen goes white and then back to the main screen. So my first question is: Does anyone else have this problem and found a solution for it?

On the phone I have figured out how to send a Text message to an email address, but now I'd like to send the videos I have on the phone to my email. I use 500 as the number to send it to and then I put in the email addy/subject/message in both the body section and the subject section. Everytime I do this my phone is unable to send it. I'll have a signal, I get the G in the box and the little out arrow moving. But then it tells me there was a sending error. Am I doing something wrong? If I could get around the problems with sending picture messages I'd also like to send them to my email.
