This product came bundled with my Panasonic LF-D310 drive. Whatever media type I through at it, even properly encoded MPEG-2 files created by my Radeon all-in wonder, fail. It just reports an invalid media type.

Can anyone give me any clues to fix this before I reach for my shotgun ;-)

The DVDit manual specifies how it wants the video/audio files to be encoded. Do your files meet their requirements?
