hi i ran a test and it tells me that my download speed is 133.68kbps and my upload is 135.52 but it does not hit this speed anyone help?

That does not necessarily mean that there is anything wrong with your setup.

My speed test shows 7090kbps (865.5kBs) but the highest I have seen is 550kBs in my Azureus. But, when I was getting that the swarm total was 650kBs, meaning that the other 10 peers in the swarm were sharing 100kBs for an average of 10. I usually get 100-300kBs, but also get less on the smaller swarms.

A lot depends on the swarm's seed to peer ratio and also (especially on smaller ones) the upload rate of other individuals in the swarm.

About the only way to tell if there is a problem is to compare your speed to that of others in your swarm.

When doing P2P, your download speed cannot be faster than the peers upload speed.
