PROBLEM #1

It wont show all my songs on the computer but it does show them on the mp3

PROBLEM #2

I dont want a "Go List", I want my own playlist. I can make a playlist for me to put songs on my Sansa, but not a playlist acutally ON MY SANSA meaning when im rockin listen to music on my sansa i wanna be able to go to music> playlists> All Rock (for an example as a playlist name)

PROBLEM #3

I've used Rhapsody, RealPlayer, and Windows Media Player. I dont want another program, but I wanna know which one i should use out of the 3.
