how do u upload psp games on to the memeory stick and to get it to work ?

this would be better suited to go in the homebrew section, considering that to dump the umd's you have to use homebrew and to play them you have to use homebrew.

Here are a few steps to how to get a game on a memory stick.

1. Find the game you want. Look on this site:http://pspdemocenter.com]
2. When prompted choose open with compressed folder.
3. Click ok then it will start downloading.
4. once it is done it the demo folder will pop up.
5. Insert your memory stick or connect to the USB mode.
6. Go to PSP folder then to GAME folder and then the drag the demo folder from the other tab and drop it on the GAME folder.
7. Wait a few minutes then disconnect your PSP, go the the white memory stick on the games options in the PSP menu then choose it then enjoy. Note: game may not start if you have a firmware below the games required version.
