I AM TRYING SO HARD TO DOWNLOAD GAMES ON MY SONS PSP AND I AM HAVING MAJOR TROUBLE I KNOW HOW TO DOWNLOAD THE GAME IT IS RAR FILE YOU KNOW THE ONE WITH BOOK PICTURE. I DO NOT HAVE A ISO FOLDER CAN YOU CREATE A NEW FOLDER AND LABEL IT ISO I TRIED EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO GET THIS GAME ON PSP AND CANT DO IT WHAT IN THE WORLD AM I DOING WRONG CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP. I TRIED ALMOST EVERY WEBSITE TO HELP ME STEP BY STEP AND IT STILL WONT WORK HE HAS PSP 3.40 4.0GB MEMORY CARD THE GAMES I BUY HIM FROM THE STORE WORK. I AM GETTING MORE IMPATIENT THAN HE IS HELP ME PLEASE.
Well, creating an ISO folder is not going to help you either...If I read your post correctly, you are using 3.40 firmware?? Unfortunately, you cannot play downloaded games on official sony firmware 3.40..You would need to first downgrade your psp's firmware to version 1.50 which is the firmware version that allows that, then a subsequent upgrade to a custom firmware such as 3.40OE-A would be in order....
Here is what you need to do:
1)dont post in all CAPS, we hear you just fine-no need to SHOUT
3)Get yourself a copy of the UMD game Lumines (the first one-not LuminesII) beg, steal, or borrow if you need to...
4)Once you get your game-Use this downgrader in conjunction with the Lumines game to downgrade your psp to version 1.50-follow the instructions carefully, you wouldn't want to have to buy your son a new psp...
5)After you have successfully downgraded the psp to 1.50-you can then use this 3.40OE easy winstaller to upgrade your psp to 3.40OE-A
6)Format your memory stick when you are done..
7)Place your iso games into the ISO folder on the memstick and enjoy them from the game icon in the psp menu....
You have your work cut out for you-now go out there and find that Lumines game....
