I've got a mp3 file, but the sound is too little. I don't want to turn the volume so high every time when I listen it. Thus, I want to record it once again by using that mp3 file. Now, I am looking for a software that can let me control the volume when I operate the recording. Any suggestion? Thank you.

Here is a program that will record and let you set the volume...

Here is a program that will set the volume on a mp3 file or files...
http://mp3gain.sourceforge.net/
Both are good programs and free.
