just wanna capture those moments and send them away.

so i guess all in all. capture these files from the finalized DVD which are in 3 separate folders. .vob files and audio and such and convert them to one final file to DVD. then a software to edit this DVD like something to cut the DVD, take out captures, some small frames to send away and such.
