Problems with Burning DvD

Im Currently using RipIt4Me with the associated software to run itself through the process of a DvD Burn. The problem I have is when it gets to the burning program it says there is room for the whole DvD to be burned onto the disc but it dosn't always fit and asks for a second disk to be inserted.

What is causing it to do this?

I've never used RipIt4Me, so I'm not sure what to say.
Maybe you have the target set for DVD9, instead of DVD5?
