where is the best sites to get "back-up" PSX ISO's from?

Well thats illegal.
The only legal way 2 own an iso of a game, is if you ownthe original

can't tell you any sites, BUT, Bitorrent sites have them, i recommened utorrent as your client, you have to google your own sites

Actually i don't think it's against forum rules to post torrent websites, just not individual torrents, as torrent websites can be used for legal purposes as well (Yea, amazing isn't it...) Mods correct me if i'm wrong :)
