I'm trying to convert a xvid file to DVD using AVI2DVD, and i keep getting errors with the encoder.
I was wondering if anyone knew what is going wrong here... this was supposed to be an easy program, but this encoder is ridiculous to get to work.
Here is what it is saying...

[1:43:47 PM] Job NOT Done. There are warnings ... Find at the log file the 0 byte generated file to focus where exactly the problem appears
[1:43:47 PM] All Jobs Done !!!

When HCEnc opens, it gets an error... something about decompression... here is a screen cap.

have you installed the XviD codec?
