hello ive just purchased starview 2 the box and im frustrated,i can not receive any channels whatsoever and tried all the networks,ntl,telewest,etc.,i live in the uk and its suppose to work all over the uk according to site i bought it from,its version 2.61.can someone help me here pleaseeeee

You need to upgrade your firmware to version 4.51 to view "all" channels. Version 2.61 will only allow you view FTA channels, all boxes are sold this way for legal reasons.
