Why am I getting duplicate albums for episodes from the same show in iTunes?

I have been reading posts and trying to figure this out for hours and can't figure it out! Here is my problem. I'll try to be very specific.

From my iTunes library, under TV Shows, if I view using Album view, here's what I get.

*album artwork* TV show Season 1 Episodes 1-3

*the SAME artwork as above* TV show Season 1 Episodes 4-7


This is ALL from the SAME TV show from the SAME season and I would LIKE ALL EPISODES under the SAME ALBUM


*****WHY CAN'T I COMBINE ALL THE ABOVE UNDER THE SAME ARTWORK?? I tried EVERYTHING I CAN THINK OF! I tried giving EVERYTHING the same name, I tried to choose all and clicked "compilation", I even tried naming every column THE SAME NAME and it STILL doesn't combine. THIS IS SO ANNOYING. I would be VERY GREATFUL if you guys can help me out here. Thank you.
