Azureus Selective downloading problems

When i select the file i want to download on Azureus the files are that arent selected still have files and folders created with them. This isnt too much of an issue when it comes to torrents with 2-3 files but when theres much more, it becomes very annoying.

I found this at azureus wiki, it might be the answer:

"By default, Azureus 2.1.0.4 allocates all the space that a torrent will need to download as soon as the download begins. To have it grab space as it downloads

Tools > Options... > Files > Check "Enable incremental file creation"

Also, do you have "by default add new torrents in a stopped state" enabled? (Tools/Options/Files (expand)/Torrents
