How to burn DTS WAV to CD audio

I have one WAV file which the title says DTS D D 5.1 and I can't burn it with Nero nor can I play it with VLC.
any idea what can be done to burn it as DTS audio cd ?

I had no such problems with other DTS WAV files. is this a new internal wav format ?
