is it possible to boot ff7 on one dvd with some sort of boot menu?

if so can someone provide me a tutorial of how i could do this please

from what I understand, the game is ps1 right?

you have to boot it with a ps1 modchip disc of some sort.

I don't think you can, because PSX is CD-ROM based and even though there are PS2 CD-ROM games, the file format is somewhat different.

Making a menu like you can for PS2 CD-ROM games on one DVD? I see what you're saying, but as far as I know, it can't be done. If PS1 ever had a DVD format, then I'm sure it could be done. And about the modchip, that helps with booting backups, of course, but you would still need to make the disc corretly for it to boot up.

Like I said, as far as I know, it can't be done. But, if I do find a guide/tutorial, I'll be sure to post it here for ya :)
