i am hoping someone out there would know the answer. I have the NPSD 4 and works great on my windows xp computer, but since I have upgraded to Windows vista, my photoshow wont load at all. I've already got a contact from the nero help and all. They've given me an updated version to work on vista, but still, program is not loading properly.
I'd double click to run the program, it shows the "banner" then nothing happens. I checked my task manager, and the program status is "not responding" so I had to end the process. I tried opening the program many times, restarted the computer, but still no help.
I did the security details to permit full control, still, nothing happens?
Can anyone please tell me whatelse to do? My photoshow Deluxe 4 is just not responding and I cant move on to what I want to do. Please Help. Thank you!
That sounds a good idea.. but I wanna keep working on the same version without buying the new one. bottom line, i dont want to buy a new version at all... i was hoping there's an update version of the program I already own... so far, im just having problem loading it all... sometimes itll show the "macromedia has stop working.." and then sometimes, it just loads forever on the logo, and then, it wont respond anymore. Any more ideas?
