After I run any bittorent application... at which ever speed its going, my internet will be crippled speedwise. I have set my upload to 10% of my max upload (basically 5kB/s), forwarded my ports, limited max global connections and torrent connections, disabled my firewall and set my computer as a dmz on my router.

BTW I use utorrent and i followed the tutorial on the program on how to max speeds out.

I will be even downloading at 15kB and uploading at 5kB and my network will be CRIPPLED. Pages take forever to load, or they will simply say 'page cannot be displayed'. Whats going on?

I'm on Yahoo's 6mbps down/768kbps up package.
