So, yesterday I made some very important upgrades to my computer, I swapped out my 200 watt power supply for a 650 watt power supply, I switched my Radeon X1950 Pro for my old Radeon 9600 and I added another stick of RAM.
When I closed the case back up, everything seemed to be fine. Until I actually tried to turn it on. I pressed the button and nothing happened. I switched the power button in back to the other position, also nothing. I tried a different outlet, different power cord, different power strip, nothing, nothing, and still nothing.
So now I turn to you, does anyone have any ideas as why nothing is happening?
Thanks!

Is the 650W power supply new? What brand is it?

Have you checked all the cables inside?
if everything's fine in there, then the power supply may be faulty.

Use your old setup(without upgrades and with the old powersupply) and check if it turns on.

That prevented your PC from turning on at all, not even for a split second? That is unusual.

yeah, that is pretty wierd, because i would just push the button and nothing would happen. I just replaced the ram and it worked fine
the same thing happened to my friend, but his would at least turn the psu on and the hdd light would stay lit, but the hd would not even be working

That second scenario is what I'd usually expect.
