Hi! I have a G3 iPod, and I'd like to physically open the outer casing. How would I do that?

You will need a thin piece of stiff plastic or metal to pry the case open. You pry it open were the white plastic meets the chrome shell.

Get a small precision flathead screwdriver and pry part of one side and part of the other side to lift part of it up,then use your fingers and lift the rest of it up.
