I had an order in with a website, and they charged me, but I haven't received it 2 weeks after the estimated arrival date. I imagine this has something to do with the whole "cracking down on mod chips and mod chip distributors" thing. But cmon, I just want one :P
Any ideas of where I could get a hold of one?

Anyone? I was thinking of going on #xbins or some other IRC channel to try and arrange a transaction. I realize that would probably not be an appropriate channel, so what would be?
