My boyfriend has Roxio on his machine and he is running the same thing I am on my machine. I go to install Roxio and a message comes up saying that its incompatible with my version of Windows. I have examined my version and his version and they are the same. I am trying to search for updates and nothing is working. I can install the program but I can not burn. Is there a way I can update Roxio so that I can burn CDs?
I have Nero as well BUT the thing with that is that everytime I add a song, Nero shuts down. Why is that?
nero and roxio don't play good togeather, use one or the other, nero has more usages thain roxio, so if i was to choose i would go with nero, but that is me, good luck
Now I have a REALLY big problem. Found out that my boyfriend needed a file for Roxio, so instead of downloading it, I just burned it to CD from his comp and put it on mine. Now my comp wont even boot up. A blue screen appears and then it flashes, then reboots.
