I love the price, the hard drive size, memory amount, proc speed... only downside is the vid card or well onboard vid that it includes. I don't tend to play vid games on comp that require more power then the sims and guildwars however I don't know if it'll work on those. Any opinions since it states ati/nvidia of course and doesn't say what the equivalents are? I know I can't find info on guildwars 2 course it won't be out for another yer and a bit to 3 years really so by then I could be upgrading again or I spose I could just stick to playing it via the desktop.

well, all the specs look ok... The intel GMA graphics suck! The laptop comes wih vista which is also a drag... I think you should try to get one with a nvidia Geforce Go7600 and above for gaming.
But would it run what I want it to run, that's what's important. I don't want to spend 2 grand on a laptop after all. Guild wars, sims... it runs those and i'm five by five. Can't tell yet what guild wars 2 will need after all and I can always run that only via desktop for a year or two since it's not coming out fo 2-3 years.
