Should I download these updates from my software as I understand some new versions can cause problems?

From nero oem 6.3.1.20 to 6.6.1.4

And from nero vision express 2SE 2.1.2.18 to 3.1.0.25

I know some people have suggested this:

As far as I know I don't have the ultra edition, and what's the difference between a user and an owner?

Nero 6.6.0.18 is said to be the most stable and useable version.
Owner will have a serial number to use the full suite of programs.

Package 1:

Nero came pre-installed on my computer, so I guess that makes me an owner. Do I install those two packages on top of the nero6 I already have?

No, most of the pre installed is a trial edition.
Do you have a Nero serial number.

If you have a later version of Nero, you need to run the Nero clean tool first.

Uninstall Nero, then run clean tool.

Hi,

I've the following error:

The file 'C:\WINDOWS\Desktop\Pauline\Other Games\041016 Rain - MBC Love Survival 01 (sub).avi' cannot be used because not all the necessary licenses have been activated.
Please follow the instructions on the screen to activate your license. After the license has been successfully activated, please restart the application and try again.

I'm using Nero v7.5.9.1 that comes with serial no. but after updating to the latest v7.10.1.0 the above error message appeared... how can I activate my license?

Could someone please help? Thanks in advance
