Any free software to convert PDF to Image (JPEG)?

I am looking for any free software to convert from PDF to Image like jpeg. If there are no free software what is the best that can do the job.

the only idea that's coming to mind is just getting a screenshot program, looking at the pdf full screen then taking a screenshot

I like pdf studio. It is not free though. Have you given this a try? http://www.omniformat.com/download.html I have been told it works but can not say for sure.
