How to backup my Xenogears PS1 to play on PS2 w/ Swap Magic 3.6?

I have my copy of Xenogears here and I would like to make copies of the discs to back them up.

What process exactly should I follow to make sure it works?

I have DVD-Rs and CD-Rs, Sony brand. I have Nero but can use whatever programs necessary to do this. Any help or guide would be appreciated.

im no expert in swap magic but the first thing you can try is:

Create an image file of the game using DVD Decrypter (other programs can be used but this is free, google it for the download. There are more detailed tutorials for this on the forums in the ps2 backup section)

Burn the image file onto a disc using DVD Decrypter.

Do both of these processes at the SLOWEST speed you can to increase the chances of it working fully.
