What brand should i use to burn my PS1 back ups and PS2 CD games. Right now i'm using maxell CD-R but when i put them into my PS2 it makes a horrible grinding noise but this is only on CD's, with DVD's it runs smoothly. Also when i put a cd into my PS1 it runs EXTREMELY slow. It literally takes about 10mins to get to the menu from bootup.

I LIKE MAXWELL ..... its un desputed fact that vertbatim makes the best discs, and there usually pretty cheap, i hear people saying not to buy in made in Taiwan discs but i think thats Chinese propaganda
