why do i see "picture tasks" when i open an audio folder

lately when i want to play or burn files such as mp3 in a folder i have i see a "picture tasks" drop down thing on the left. wats up with that? it has the option to copy the files to another folder and then burn them later, but thats not they way it used to be and i dont like this way. the "picture tasks" option didnt used to be there. there were options to play the files selected or to bur them to a disc. there wasnt any picture stuff or any copying them to a completely different folder to have to burn them. any help on this? thanx
