Gadmei UTV 330+-No Audio

Hi, i bought this Gadmei UTV 330+, installed it and i got TV receptions whith an external tv antenna. The problem now is that i could not get an audio. i could get sound (the pshhhh sound of a tv without channel). it is frustrating looking at a crystal clear channel without the audio.when i fine tune it to a certain level, i get the audio, but the video disappears totally. Please i need help. is there a way i could get audio on my tv when watching tv.

I use an LG LE50 laptop. the sound driver is a sigmatel (i can't remember the figure)its a Pentium M processor (NOT CELERON) with a 512MB of RAM. and a 60 GIG HDD.

I also stay in South Africa.

Please someone help me
