Error Reading Data Flac files with Nero 6??

Hi
Please bear with me as I'm not hugely technically literate.
I keep getting write errors when I use Nero 6 to burn CDs with Flac files. I have the plug in and it always used to work fine, but now I get Error Reading Data when burning.
It is always at a different point of the disc so it isnt a corrupt file.
Ive also used Traders Little Helper to check the Flacs and they are fine.
I solved it the last two times by completely reinstalling Neroo and the plug ins, though as I am sure you can appreciate this is a pain.
Nero 6 works fine with other files though - mp3, wav, shn, ape etc. Its just Flac.
One thing I have noticed is that it seems to start happening after Ive opened iTunes for the first time after the last Nero 6 install. Is there a known problem?
Or maybe its because I'm up to 82% memory usage - again is there a certain minimum memory required to decode flac files?
Any help appreciated as I am eating though discs trying to solve it.

Wow thats a lot to do.
Just a couple of questions (as I said I'm not hugely computer literate!)
According to the Nero wesbite I have the latest version of 6. Where did 6.6 come from? Is its an official upgrade.
I do have a Dell again should the firmware upgrade not come from them?
And finally Ive heard that messing about with the ASPI is very dangerous if you dont know aht youre doing? Is it safe for me to meddle with it?

Your Nero is an OLDER version, you can update to version stated (6.6.0.18) by using your existing Serial number.....fyi Nero is now up to 7.10.1.0 (but you have to pay for it)
No problems updating your firmware from link supplied...it WILL be from Dell
No danger installing your ASPI
