thank you very much for the quick response.
when entering this code i am getting "cannot undo restriction"
does this mean that someone has already tried 5 times to unlock the phone ?
If it does, if connecting with a cable, how can i reset the counter ?

You canot reset the counter.


?Cannot undo restriction? or ?Not allowed? means. After you have made 5 attempts or even 3 attempts on newer phones and failed, the phone displays that message, meaning that the phone is "hard locked." At this point, you will still be able to use phone with the original provider, but you will not be able to unlock it by codes. You will need to take or send it to a professional for direct unlocking service.

Thank you for your advice.
I read all over the internet that another option (instaed of going to a pro to open it) is to connect directly with a cable and it is possible to reset the counter.
Is that true ? Is it possible ?
