Hi, Ive downloaded all the latesed codecs and am running virtual dub mod 1.5.4 verison, I have managed to split 1st and 2nd copys of the film with no probs (audio/video) however when burning to nero,I can only copy and burn the 1st part of the film, the 2nd part will start to encode then after about 25% completion it just stops and shorts down nero! any ideas?

I need to know a bit more info, like what file are you spliting (AVI,mpeg) and what are you encoding to (DVD,VCD,SVCD)?

hello Koola there, yeah im splitting an AVI file and encoding it through Nero 6 to DVD. I have no probs in splitting it through vdm 1.5.4 ver, in fact its a very good split however, I can not understand why I can encode and copy/burn the first part of the film onto a cd and yet the 2nd part of the film, stops at app 25-30% comp, I have installed G spot and conf I have the right codecs for the film..your thoughts would be appricated
