I have a 112d pioneer and the Samsung drive for writing and i use XBC and CloneCd software and most of my library has backed up without issues but it does not matter how many times i attempt it i cant get Tomb Raider Legends or Call of Duty 3 to backup?
They complete without any problem sectors or reading errors and burn to the end but when played in my ixtreme 1.2 they dont load.Cod 3 actually boots to the tick over screen but then goes back to the 360 dashboard where it prompts me to create a profile.I have attempted to follow what it tells me but it just goes round in an endless circle!
I did think it was my firmware but the pc dosnt even recognise the completed burn yet mulleter recognises the initial copied image as healthy.I concluded that the issue with these games is in the burn process.Also ixtreme will play some games without problem and others it will refuse to play but if i turn the console on and off it will eventually load.Dirt is one game that falls foul of this.These backups were created for my initial Extreme 5.3 and i know about incompatibility and the need for a Stealth patch but my backups dont need Stealthing as they were created with THE "Sammy" drive as these "apparently" copy all security sectors etc.
The backups make strange noises as well,very strange.
Is there a list anywhere of games that are notoriously bad at burning or is there something im missing,like i said i dont usually have ANY issues since i got serious and stopped trying to do things "on the cheap!" so im puzzled.
Any ideas,ANYONE!!!
