Hello everyone,

Forgive me for any stupid questions I might ask but it's been a really long time since I've upgraded my cell phone.

I really like the style of the new cell phones like the Sony W580i or the LG Chocolate slider for example and was wondering if anyone has possitive/negative feedback on any of them?

As for my main question, all the phones I've been looking at come with video, MP3, camera, etc. and an expanable external memory option.

When it comes to the Video, will the phones just play video I record? or am I able to download movies/TV's shows onto my memory card and then have them play on my phone?

It's the file format issue. I have absolutely NO idea what format cellphone video are in.
