It isn't identifying the disk.
Which brand are you using?
Can you try a known good brand, like 'Verbatim'?

I am using Memorex... Which was working fine. I just had to install a new hard drive and then this problem started.

I will do that, but I am still unsure as to why that would be the cause of the problem when they worked just fine before I changed my hard drive? Any ideas as to why that could be?

I don't know if the disks are to blame.
However, disks are a known cause of the power calibration error.
Also,
Quote: File 'Drivers\CDRALW2K.SYS': Ver=8.0.0.212 , size=2560 bytes, created 10/18/2006 3:00:00 AM
This indicates that 'InCD' was installed as part of the Nero package.
It often causes problems in burning. The only way to guarantee that it doesn't cause problems is to uninstall Nero using the Nero Cleaning tool, then reinstall Nero without this program - it's easier to change the disks first.
EDIT:
The above driver is part of Roxio. Please disregard my comments.

It's been a while, but I believe that InCD is offered during the installation procedure - I remember not installing it.
Here's a link referring to Nero removal and note the post referring to Roxio Zapper (InCD is from Roxio).
http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/335614
EDIT:
Disregard all of the above, the reference to 'InCd' is an error on my part.

Sorry to advise but this statement is incorrect, it means You have Roxio installed, it clashes with Nero, to remove, run this zapper http://www.softpedia.com/get/Tweak/Uninstallers/Roxio-Zap.shtml

Okay, so I guess Im still kind of confused about something, do I need to reinstall Nero again, but this time keeping InCD? Is that something I need? I have all other Roxio programs off of my computer now, yet I still cant get it to burn. And when I tried to install the update for my driver, it wouldnt let me , it said the drive could not be found. Is my drive not being recognized at all?

It is not necessary to install Nero again, however for what it's worth I am not impressed with the latest version of Nero, I still use and orefer 7.5.9.0
InCD is not really needed.
Heres something about Power calibration Error
Cause:
Power Calibration is controlled by the recorder.
Before any write operation, all recorders must do a 15 step power test to determine the optimum power for writing to the CD; this is called "Optimum Power Calibration"(OPC). During the write, it continues to do this test to get the best write throughout the whole CD; this is called "Running Optimum Power Calibration" (ROPC).
This whole process is controlled by the recorder, though initiated by programs such as Nero. There is an area on the inner part of the CD for the test and test data info to be stored. You can use this area up to 999 times.
If you receive the "Power calibration error" or "Power calibration area is (amost) full" error message, the cause will be either poor media, poor power, or a defective recorder.
Solution:
This error can be caused in conjunction with some (cheap) medias, try to burn them alternative with lower speed or switch to another brand of discs.
If you cant solve this error by using recommend medias, pls. try out these steps , if they fail, drive is defect, you should claim it immediate to your dealer.
Update the firmware of your recorder. Please check the manufacturer's website for the latest version.
It is recommend that device should be connected to secondary IDE port as master. Dont use fast ATA 133/166/233 and 266, unit should connected with delivered UDMA-2 cable(40pin)
Try different configurations, such as taking the CD-ROM to the primary IDE bus as slave and have only the recorder connected to the secondary IDE bus as master.

There is a post here from 'cenapcevli' (halfway down page), where he allegedly uses 'Nero Drive Speed' to calibrate the DVD before burning.
You insert the DVD, let Nero read the range of speeds for the disk, then select one.
http://www.ozzu.com/ftopic25942.html
The other alleged method is to turn off the IMAPI burning service under Computer Management from Admin Tools in Control Panel.
@gwendolin: I will modify my erroneous response in my previous post.
