Photoshop Elements 5 and Nero Burning ROM

PE 5 has become my preferred image editor. I use Nero to burn CDs and DVDs. Recently I've noticed that, when launching Burning ROM to burn some video files, an icon named 'Photoshop Elements' appears in the far left window, even before any of the files to be burnt have been chosen.
What has PE got to do with a Nero burn? It doesn't seem to interfere with making a working CD/DVD but I can't understand how or why PE appears when Nero is launched? Does anyone know?
