Psx - Chrono Cross, Playing on Ps2 w/ Matrix

I am playing my Chrono Cross game on my ps2, which has a Matrix Infinity.

I got all through Disc1, and when I try to goto Disc2, I pop it in where the game asks me too, but it sits there. The disc is good, so I am not worried about that since I reburned it a few times.

I think its an issue with my modchip and backed up psx games.

Is there a way I can convert the full game onto a DVD? I've seen lots of guides for converting just 1 CD to 1 DVD. Or anybody ever gotten Chrono Cross to work properly on a modded ps2?

I really want to finish this game.

OH here we go now...

I went into my MATRIX INFINITY SETTINGS and I enabled "PSX MULTI DISC SUPPORT" option, WA-LAH! WORKS !

So yeah...
