PSX backup disks problem with Swapmagic 3.6

My psx backup disks don't work when I use Swapmagic. Whenever I try to do it, it says not a valid PS2 disk even though I am using the CD swap disk. The backups work on my modded PSX so I doubt the problem would be with the disk. Is there anything I am doing wrong?

Yes, Swap Magic doesn't work with PSX backups. Sorry!
