hello,

i come seeking help!! i have used nero and dvd shrink problem free on other systems in the past. currently, i am encountering this error code. regretfully, i lack the computer savvyness to decipher the error message.....please help

Update your firmware:

It is recommended to have at least 512MB of memory. You only have 256MB.

And increase your burn speed to 4x.

You need to edit out your nero serial number. It begins 1A20-......Remove it or everyone will have your program for themselves.
