hey Guys ...I need to increase the upload speed of Utorrent 1.7.2 and it doesn't upload at it maximum speed. before when i had 1.6 it was 60kB/s and now it's 11kB/s So how do i increase that? I tried the OPEN NET_MAX_HALFOPEN and it still hasn't changed. PLEASE HELP ME?!?!?!

have you tried using the guide on this site to increase your download speed and are you sure it's not just a lack of seeding

Try rightclicking on the ACTIVE torrent and
Bandwidth Allocation > Upload limit > Set to Unlimited.
