Audio a little off time

I'm using Nero 7 Ultra Edition and putting together a movie I own. I use Nero Vision to auto-create chapters with a menu that has a background pic & about 1 minute of imported audio. After going through all the motions and putting the finished project onto the hard drive, when played back, the audio is about a second or so off from the video. HP pc with 1 gig ram & 2.4 processer. All drivers and software are updated and little else running in background. The original video & sound are fine, and this only happens after putting it all together. Any thoughts on why?

Try output to the hard drive without the chapters and no menu, then if it's in sync, try with the menu or chapters.
