I have reached the end of my tether! I am trying to copy a DVD to a DVD+R DL and have tried Nero Recode,Nero Burning Rom,DVD Fab Platinum,you name it I seem to have tried it but all to no avail.I rarely use DL blanks but the last time I did it worked ok.

Please help!

From what I read, using PGCEdit with Verbatim media is the only sure way to go.It seems that neither Nero nor DVD shrink can be relied upon.

Lightning UK!, the creator of DVD Decrypter and ImgBurn, mention it in this post.

Thanks Attar.

Is this a difficult process? I am someone with only basic knowledge of burning.

I am using Ri-Disc blanks,most of which have taken up residence in the rubbish bin!

Not difficult, it's just that it's intimidating to have to use so many steps and with DL disks it gets expensive.

Another guide here and a search at Afterdawn will turn up more.

Thought it might be useful to let you know that I have succeeded in copying onto DL by using Clone DVD 2.It worked perfectly with no problem whatsoever.
